Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping (depending on carrier and destination).
Delays: Please note that holidays, weather, or carrier issues may cause unexpected delays that are outside of our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at theboldwitnessco@gmail.com so we can make it right.
International Orders : Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale items and custom orders are non-returnable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
